Benissimo’s, Corte Madera, September 30, 2010 Live Recording
Featuring Jeff Derby on piano, Trevor Kinsel on bass and Trent Boeschen on drums. Recordings done by myself on my iphone (some of the tracks have been cut in the middle or extended by accident, due to the fact that you can only record 8 minutes on the phone, and my lack of technological skills!).
“Bernie’s Tune” by Bernie Miller
“After the rain” by John Coltrane
“Waltz for Dave” by Chick Corea
Benissimo’s, Corte Madera, September 2, 2010 Spontaneous Live Recording
Featuring Jeff Derby on piano, Jason Carr on bass and Tim Carr on drums. Recorded by my wife on her iphone, with lots of noise from the audience especially my baby girl Gianna (23 months). It randomly stops playing before the song ends, but you get the idea. This was a sightread piece called, “The Loop,” by Chick Corea. Great tune!
